My New Year Resolution for 2009

Time really flies...Year 2008 will be ending in five days time.

Thinking back, alot of things happened during this year 2008. May it be good or bad. I just hope 2009 is a better year for me. Everbody has their own new year resolutions to think about. So what's yours then?

And guess what? Esp for ladies..one of the most common & top fav resolution we hear about every year without fail ===>"GO ON DIET" OR "TO LOSE MORE WEIGHT OR SLIM DOWN" etc... That goes without saying for me too...kekekeke

~My Top 10 Resolutions for Year 2009~

1) MUST lose another 7kgs in 3 months time (as usual..)
2) Go for my lasik surgery
3) To look for better career prospects
4) To achieve my punctuality @ work
5) To clear my credit card debts
6) To take up Salsa Dance class
7) To go for my double eyelid surgery
8) Must make myself to go gym everyday
9) To take my ACII exam by Oct 2009
10)To catch up with my old friends more often

N.B The above mentioned shall commence w.e.f 1st Jan 2009

I got my "B" Bag for Xmas!!

Yipee!...Today I got my "B" bag for Xmas....of coz, I must say a big thank you with hugz & kisses to ("you know who you are") for giving me such a lovely gift..*wink*

OSIM uZap - Zapppp your fats away!

Dunno what else to blog today. So I shall blog about my OSIM uZap which I bought recently.

While I'm blogging, I'll take this chance to wear my OSIM uZappp anddd zappingg my ffatssss nowwwww....

I bought this second hand uZap at S$150.00... all thanks to my mum's lobang. Her friend wants to sell this slimming belt via online at the offer price of S$150.00 because her friend hardly use it..think less than 5 times...duhz!

Anyway, when my mum called me and told me about this offer. I immediately told my mom to go ahead and buy from her. I find that her offer price is quite reasonable. The usual price costs at S$268.00 And the uZap looks quite brand new too! after I receive the stuff. What a good deal...

OSIM uZap comes with 1 uZap with Remote Control, 1 uZap Extension Belt, 1 Carrier, 1 Adaptor, 1 Cable and 1 Operation Manual.

The uZap is exceptionally light and doesnt feel so bulky when wrapped around ur tummy.Their function is very user friendly and easy to operate. It also has a heat function to improve blood circulation in body (esp when ur menses comes) It aids in soothe your muscle cramps.

I dunno if this OSIm uZAp really works on me. But I will try it out for a month. Then see if there is any slimming results in my tummy, butt and thighs. kekekeke

How I wish I can bring this uZap to my workplace.... While i'm working, can also zap my tummy. In office, we spent most of our time sitting at our workstation and hardly move around! Sighz!

Jill Stuart Christmas Collection 2008

I have to say I'm overwhelmed by Jill Stuart Christmas Collection Set 2008. I first saw this collection when I was in Japan for holiday last month. It was instantly love at first sight... This set was suppose to release in Japan on 21 November 2008. Too bad...I have to fly back to Spore by that time it was officially launched. I was so sad that time and even asked their SA if they are able to release the set just for me since I'm a tourist over there and I couldnt wait till that time.

I simply love their packaging design. Their theme design are more of sweet pink and very princessly. One word to describe - "Beautiful"

So far, the whole Jill Stuart cosmetics collection is still quite exclusive to Japan. I have heard some JS cosmetics fans in Asia saying that it is going to be introduced to some other parts of Asia. Understand that Hong Kong & Taiwan are also selling Jill Stuart products. Looks like the demand is pretty high. I hope Singapore will be the next one to bring in Jill Stuart Brand. I think Spore will definitely have a market for this. We have alot of JS fans here in Spore rave about this product.

From then...I decided that I must own this makeup set no matter how or what... And lucky me! My wish came true...I finally got my JS collection thru CozyCot Beauty Sale! Of coz, I have to pay for higher price to have it. The Jill Stuart is a Japanese brand. It definitely be cheaper to purchase in Japan. But I read reviews that Jill Stuart products are currently the cheapest to buy in Taiwan. Of coz..talking about currency exchange rates...the Japanese Yen has recently been getting strong.

It has a beautiful pink vintage look. The set will include an eye palette (Vintage Glaze), a lip gloss (Deep Bordeaux), a solid perfume ring, a hand mirror, and a vintage-style clutch bag. As with all the limited-edition holiday items from Jill Stuart, I think this set will sell exceptionally well.

I heard that Taiwan released the set on 1 December 2008. Although Im going to Taiwan next year in Mar 2009...but I couldn't wait till that time. Who knows...it may not be selling anymore in Taiwan by that time I go there.

5 Tips to Great Shopping Sale....Ready, set, shop!

1. Shop for Lightest Items First
Begin browsing from small to big – for example, the accessories section, then the apparel floor, and finally homeware department. then you dun have to lug all the bulky shopping bas from one place to another. Save up your energy level!

2. Go When There's Less Crowd
Set out early during the opening hours, when the mall or shops have just opened for business. Usually, most of the stores open at 10AM - 11AM...(dunno can wake up early or not..hahaha) If possible, go your shopping trip on weekdays to avoid the crowds. (That means..have to take annual leave lah!)

3. Put On Your Comfy Footwear..
With loads of human traffic and a great deal of walking, the last thing you dun want is being crippled after walking from Orchard Road to Dobby Ghaut in your high heels.

4. Being "Kaisu" - Go Early During the Sale Period. Or best still...Go on the First Day of the Sale Period!
Good and cheap finds are snatched up faster than you can say "They're Mine!" So in order to get the best deals, stop by as soon as possible. The most popular sizes (e.g. S, M) tend to run out the fastest too, leaving those rarer sizes like XS or XL.

5. Go With One or Two Girlfriends
Rummbaging through racks of sale items is much more fun with a girlfriend or two... If you going out for a serious spree, dun go with too many of your girlfriends – If not, we all sure siderack and digress from your priority buys...

And never bring along your boyfriend or husband – bad, bad idea.... (Esp when you try on the clothes that you eyed on it...and when you ask for their opinion on whether the sizes fit you, or etc. Their answer is simply can pisses you off...)

Sometimes I wonder...are we really affected by the economic recession? I have heard news about US is having difficult times and now the economic market is slow moving... But seem to me..Spore is doing quite okay. Funny huh?

That doesn't affect us in doing Christmas shopping and with the year end sale...everybody are shopping like nobody business.. Look at the Orchard Road now, everywhere is soo damn packed with people. And I really hate it..

I even saw ppl bought branded stuff and at least with two or three of that LV or Gucci BIG paperbags!!! As though it is free or having big sale....hahahhaa...

Whenever, I visited shopping malls that are having big mega sales...

I will get excited and tell him..."Look!! Mango is having big sale...or Robinson is having 40% discounts storewide....!"

Then, he will give his fav QUOTE - "Dear...Sales doesn't mean that it is free..., okay?"

And that pissed me off...

Watever it is...

To all ladies out there who are shopaholics and love Sale.....plus if you have a

Ettusais Christmas Makeup Workshop

I went for the Ettusais beauty Workshop yesterday at Shiseido Beauty Studio in Orchard. They taught us all the beauty tips (e.g steps by steps starting from cleansing your face & removing make-up untill your finished make-up) we need to know in their exclusive hands-on makeup workshop!

Not only that... They also share with their makeup tips on how to create that dazzling look that shines this X'mas season.

Unfortunately..I can't rem everything they taught us..wahahaha..too many things to be absorbed into my brain..me small capacity ya..

They have three X'mas Crystal Tear Makeup Patterns for you to choose from - ("Cute, Feminine, & cool")

I think this workshop is worth attending...even though I paid for $30 bucks for it. Moreover, I have $30 ettusais voucher which is fully redeemble for ettusais products..plus a complimentary free gift by Ettusais..

For some other beauty workshop I have attended so many times before, they wun give you hands-on session. Mostly are demo workshop where the pro make-up artist give a demo makeup session on the selected participants. Nothing new / fantastic to me thou...

Just bought these two items during lunch time....

Today I just bought two Maybelline cosmetic items during lunch time....

I went down with my colleague, Irene...Told her that I have been feeling very stressed at work lately. And I need some cheap "retail therapy" so that to curb my "Impulsive buying behaviour" Otherwise I almost wanted to purchase the Lancaster skincare which costs S$191.00!!! Lol

We went to Watsons & Guardian to find...and both stores are running OOS!! For moment, I feeling very depressed..

But...lucky us!! we found it selling in a drugstore at Raffles Exchange basement. And they are having 20% discount storewide.. Hehehehe..

Guess what?? I only paid $30.70 bucks after 20% disc for a Maybelline mascara & eyeliner gel. Now my mood feeling slightly better... :)
